"Called to get a quote on homeowner insurance, the old bait and switch happened. Ended up with auto insurance. Only after the premium was paid did they tell me that I would have to talk to Mike about the home insurance. I was led to believe that what I paid was for a bundle package. Never did talk to Mike."

"This is the first negative review I've ever written on Google Maps.
DO NOT do business with Mike Mihrzad or State Farm. They are absolute scammers.
They owe my wife and I *hundreds* of dollars, which they will never repay.
Their scam works like this:
They sign you up, and get you to agree to a rate. Then they *raise the rate on you without you agreeing*, and refuse to refund their fraudulent charges.
Mike Mihrzad and his team are absolute scammers who owe my family hundreds of dollars. They have given us absolutely no way to recoup the money they fraudulently charged us, and that's why I'm writing this review.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS."
