"During my most recent transaction with Mike Mihrzad's office, I worked with Account Manager Sandi Miller. She was supremely helpful in every way. In this day and age, when it is becoming increasingly difficult to simply pick up the phone and receive in-person assistance from a knowledgeable, articulate representative of a company, Sandi proved that having a local insurance agent is still vital to its customers. I have been with State Farm for well over 20 years, and when my original agent retired, and Mike took over his client base, I was reassured almost immediately that staying with the company was the right thing to do, particularly due to the personalized assistance that I continue to receive from people like Sandi.
