They owe my wife and I *hundreds* of dollars, which they will never repay.

Their scam works like this:

They sign you up, and get you to agree to a rate. Then they *raise the rate on you without you agreeing*, and refuse to refund their fraudulent charges.

Mike Mihrzad and his team are absolute scammers who owe my family hundreds of dollars. They have given us absolutely no way to recoup the money they fraudulently charged us, and that's why I'm writing this review.
